# TKT-1000 Cannot login

    Hi there,

    I'm having trouble logging into my account. I keep getting an "Invalid username or password" error, but I'm sure I'm entering the correct credentials.

    Could you please help me figure out what might be wrong?

    Customer email seems valid, no lockout or suspicious login attempts detected. Might be a simple password issue — will guide through reset process.

    I haven't tried that yet, but I've just submitted the reset request. I'm waiting for the email to arrive.

    How long does it usually take to receive it?
